software internally, with the adaptability to execute projects on our client’s
software systems remotely from our offices. To achieve this, we
maintain real time communication links to our clients by using
sophisticated routers, T-1 lines, Internet connect, and special servers.
Our healthcare billing software
featuring front end user applications and scheduling, electronic cash
application, automatic insurance re-filing, and report writer.
Clients can utilize the scheduling
feature and enter all charge, demographic, and financial information on the
patients from the front-end location of the provider. Our agency
handles the entire back end billing functions from our offices.
Our collections software drives our
post billing programs such as early follow-up, pre-collection, and bad debt
collection services. This software is extremely flexible, and allows us to
set up unique parameters for logistical account flows based on individual
client preferences and protocol.
With full time software programmers on
staff, we can update and amend the functionality and features of our software.
This becomes important in keeping up with the constantly changing
healthcare industry, as well as providing customization to our client base.
